All rates are inclusive of:

Pick up and drop off to the P.G.I.A. airport, in Belize City.

Boat transfers at check in and check out to Tarpon Sands (all other boat transfers are not included).

The house is equipped with AC in all three rooms and full bathrooms in all three rooms with hot and cold water.
Villa
The villa is a three (3) bedroom three (3) bathroom home. It sleeps six (6) but can accommodate eight (8) with pull out queen couch if requested. Maximum capacity is twelve (12) people and must be arranged prior to reservation.
The Cabaña
The Cabana unit is a charming little one bedroom with the a loft..It boast spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea! It sits on the opposite end of the island and has a verandah right over the water!
Our Single Suite
Our single suite which can hold a maximum of 2 adults and a child. This is perfect for a nice getaway for couples or a small family. All our amenities will be available to our guest.
